·         Managed all new MicroStrategy technologies (CRM Applications, OLAP Provider, Angel.com, and Alarm.com) as well as the Narrowcast Platform (Narrowcast Server Delivery Engine and Subscription Portal) throughout the beta cycle. 

·         Provided overall project management and technical account management at several worldwide sites to ensure 100% customer satisfaction while addressing MicroStrategy’s marketing and testing needs.

·         Managed a group of twenty worldwide beta consultants who were responsible for testing the products at customer sites, demonstrating the new features that address the client’s business needs, and exceeding customer expectations.

·         Coordinated with members of Technology, Product Management, Tech Support, Marketing, and Education to define the criteria that must be met in order to conduct a successful Beta Program.
